Grass-fed Ruby Red beef
At Spargo Farm, our beef comes from traditional North Devon, or Ruby Red, cattle—a historic West Country breed prized for its flavour, tenderness and ability to thrive on pasture.
Well suited to the Cornish landscape, our cattle graze diverse herbal leys overlooking Argal Lake. These diverse leys provide natural forage while helping us build healthier soils and encourage biodiversity.
We raise our cattle in small numbers and give them time to mature naturally, producing distinctive, richly flavoured beef that reflects both the breed and the way it has been raised.
Available seasonally and direct from the farm, Spargo Beef is about simple provenance: traditional cattle, good pasture, careful farming and exceptional beef.
