The Spargo Everyday Grill brings together our favourite summer cuts from our pasture-fed North Devon cattle. Raised on species-rich herbal leys overlooking the Argal Valley, our cattle grow slowly on grass, producing beautifully flavoured beef that's a pleasure to cook and share.

All products are 100% North Devon Beef except burgers which contain other ingredients:
North Devon beef (approx. 90%), Free crumb (contains: rice flour, gram flour, maize starch, salt, dextrose), potato starch, salt, spices (white pepper, black pepper, cayenne, ginger), yeast extract, onion powder, preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite, herb (parsley), antioxidant E300

Our beef is naturally reared and traditionally butchered, so exact weights and nutritional values may vary slightly from pack to pack.

Our premium North Devon beef is fully traceable from our fields to your fork. We take pride in managing every step of our cattle's journey to guarantee the highest standards of animal welfare and meat quality.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep refrigerated below 5°C.

  • Once opened, use within 2 days and do not exceed the use-by date.

  • Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase, store below -18C, and consume within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Cooking Instruction Guidelines

  • For Steaks/Joints: Bring meat to room temperature before cooking. Ensure the surface of the meat is thoroughly seared and cooked.

  • For Minced Beef: Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and no pink meat remains.
