Our PiGS

Our pigs are traditional Cornish Black pigs - a rare native breed known for their calm nature, hardiness and wonderfully succulent meat. They are perfectly suited to life outdoors in Cornwall, where they can root, forage and explore at their own pace.

Raised slowly on the farm with space to roam, our pigs live in small groups and enjoy a varied natural diet alongside carefully chosen feed. Their rooting helps turn and aerate the ground, while their presence forms part of a thoughtful, mixed farming system.

Produced in small numbers and available seasonally, Spargo pork connects the farm, the landscape and the table: responsibly raised food with character, flavour and a clear sense of where it has come from.
